All items are shipped in plain packaging via carrier service and hence will require a signature.If you do not receive your parcel within 15 days of ordering simply contact us by any means and we will look into the matter and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.We can not take responsibility for lost orders that have not been reported missing within 30 days of ordering.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.In un-usual circumstances it can take up to 14 days if stock levels are exhausted. Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
