Making A Purchase

Buying ElectraStim products through our online store couldn’t be easier. Browse our range, add the items you want to the shopping cart and once you’ve finished your selection, click to checkout.

European Customers: Please note that if you are paying in a currency other than pounds sterling, the final charge may be different to that displayed at checkout. This is because the exchange rate applied if paying from a non-sterling account will be dictated by your bank or card provider. We recommend that you check conversion rates for a better estimate of charges before completing checkout.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us with your order number and we will amend your order.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

All items are shipped in discreet, plain packaging via a courier service and will require a signature.

If you do not receive your parcel within 15 days of ordering, simply contact us by any means and we will look into the matter and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. We can not take responsibility for lost orders that have not been reported missing within 30 days of ordering.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Services
All orders are shipped using DHL secure carrier service (unless otherwise arranged with us) and will require signing for. Delivery time will vary depending on your location but this is a good guide:

UK – Next Day
Europe (EU) – 2 to 3 days
Europe (Non EU) – 2 to 4 days

If you are in a remote location then delivery times can be longer.

Orders received before noon (GMT) on a weekday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day.

All orders are in plain packaging or DHL (or other Carrier) branded bags with the sender being identified as “Cyrex Ltd”.

If any items are temporarily out of stock you will be notified and given the option to either wait for the item or cancel it but we normally have everything in stock.

If you do not receive your parcel within 15 days of ordering you should contact us with your order number and wewill look into the matter and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

We can not take responsibility for lost orders that have not been reported missing within 30 days of ordering.

If you are ordering from within the UK or Europe, you will pay 20% tax on your order.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. We will normally send your package to you within 2 business days of your order being received. International orders are generally delivered in under 7 days.

In unusual circumstances it can take up to 14 days to receive. If it is important that your order arrives before a certain date, contact us to discuss your requirements before checkout.

Back Orders

We sometimes sell out of our most popular products, so we may need to back order it for you. If one or more of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will send you an email with the option to cancel your order or proceed with the back order. You will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

Tax Charges

Orders made from outside of the EU do not have tax added. Local tax applicability on arrival. With the UK and European Union countries, a 20% VAT tax is included.

All of our non-consumable products* come with a 1-year guarantee as standard. We also include a registration card with all of our stimulation units that enables you to extend stimulator warranties to 3 years.

If you have any problems with your purchase within the warranty period, please contact us directly with your order number and we will seek to repair or replace the faulty item.

The guarantee does not cover items with water damage, accidental damage or damage caused by the misuse or mistreatment of the product. Full warranty terms and conditions are included with our products.

*Non-consumable products refer to disposable items or those which are ‘used up’. Gels, lubricants, connecting and charging wires, self-adhesive pads, cleaners and other disposable and consumable products do not come with a guarantee.

Cyrex Ltd do not disclose customer information to third parties other than delivery companies soley for the purpose of delivering your goods to you.

Cookies are used on this website where they are strictly necessary for the site functionality. They are used to aid navigation and to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. If you log in to an account, your logged-in status is recorded in a temporary cookie. If you select the ‘Remember Me’ option at checkout, a cookie will be used to remember your details. You can turn off cookies by blocking them in your browser Privacy settings. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use them.

Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. We can accept the return of unopened, unused products for a full refund if they are returned to us within 28 working days. Please note, if you have purchased your ElectraStim products from another seller, you will need to return the goods to them.

To arrange a return you should contact us (or the seller) by email or telephone, quoting your order number. We will then advise you how to return your products.

Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of loss or damage when returning any goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in new, sealed condition unless faulty. Please note that we will require all faulty items to be returned to us (or the place of purchase) with original proof of purchase for testing before a replacement or refund can be offered. Please note that you will need to bear the cost of return postage, but if the item is found to be faulty (within 12 months of purchase) we will replace or repair the item and ship it back to you for free. Please ensure that all returned items are in a clean and hygienic condition. Items that become faulty due to misuse are not covered by our returns policy or warranty.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
