Postage & Delivery

When your order has been dispatched we will send you an email to let you know your goods are on their way along with the tracking number, such that you can monitor your parcels progress. If you do not receive this within 3 days of ordering then feel free to contact us for an update on your orders progress.

We aim to ship all orders received before 12 noon on the day of receipt. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day via international scheduled carrier service. Delivery to the USA and Canada generally takes 5 to 7 days, Australia and the rest of the world can take 10 to 12 days.

If you do not receive your parcel within 15 days of ordering simply contact us by any means and we will look into the matter and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Pease Note! - We can not take responsibility for lost orders that have not been reported missing within 28 days of ordering.

All orders are safely shipped in plain protective packaging with the sender being identified as "Cyrex Ltd".
